Hotel Liquidation

Bahamas Liquidation & Auction Centre opened its doors in New Providence in 2019 and since then has provided liquidation services for many major businesses. Among others, hotels such as Atlantis Paradise Island, Harborside Resort, Melia Nassau Beach, the SLS and Grand Hyatt at BahaMar, as well as local corporate offices and storage facilities have contracted us for services for their renovation projects, property transitions, brand refreshes, and closures.

Bahamas Liquidation & Auction Centre, The Bahamas’ only true Liquidator and Auction Centre are pleased to offer our services for your next major renovation or relocation project. We work directly with hotel owners, asset managers, and general contractors to efficiently remove, coordinate, and responsibly liquidate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) with minimal disruption to operations.

Here’s what we can assist you with

I. A professional crew to remove furnishings in a timely, quiet, and safe manner from the area that’s being renovated and from the property.
II. Provide all the equipment to remove all furnishings.
III. Auction your old furniture allowing you to offset some of the cost of new furnishings.
IV. Work in conjunction with your company to set up the new furniture and Décor.

Estate Auction

We are proud pioneers in the Bahamian Auction Industry, having successfully conducted the country’s first large-scale, live, in-person estate auction. This landmark two-day event, held at the historic Baker Estate, attracted scores of attendees eager to bid on and own a genuine piece of history.
